We at the Clog firmly believe in playing with our food (as long as it doesn’t end in tragedy). Which is why you’ll find us at the Powell Cable Car Turnaround on Mar. 5 at precisely 5:39 p.m., loading up on ammo for—drum roll, please—another San Francisco Pie Fight.
Organized by SFZero player Herbie Hatman, who hosted a previous pie fight in November of 2007, the succulent showdown will be strategically located for prime collateral damage. Le pie fight of olde, also held at the Turnaround, reportedly unleashed a wave of mouth-watering mayhem the likes of which had never been seen. Let’s hope this Thursday will prove just as epic.
(Oh, and also—Herbie asks that you wear your Sunday best.)
