.!.

After last Thursday’s speaker, whose appearance was surprisingly quiet and yet apparently heavily publicized (if you believe some people), we vowed to get wind of the next big name speaker early on—introducing Al Gore, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, former Vice President of the United States, and class act all the way.

He’ll be coming to speak at the opening of some sort of building … the Richard C. Blum Center for Developing Economies or some such thing. But that’s totally secondary.

What: Al Gore! AL GORE!
When: Thursday, April 23 from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
Where: Naval Architecture Building
Why: Al. Gore.

Really? Chris Gardner: outrage. Al Gore: praise Allah.

Yes, Al Gore is more interesting than the opening ceremony of the Richard C. Blum Center for Developing Economies. But so is my hair.
