Ok, so we hate to bug you with this again, but we’re hearing it’s for real this time.

According to Jesse Hunt, head of one of BART’s unions, announced at a press conference today that workers will be striking beginning at the close of business Sunday. So, if you were planning on using BART to get into the city Monday morning, now would be the time to make alternate plans. If you need to get to the city, try taking a Transbay bus or researching other options.

Hopefully things will be resolved soon enough, but if they aren’t, it could prove for massive disaster when the Bay Bridge closes over Labor Day weekend.

It should be noted that since a lot of BART riders will be displaced and have to use the bridge, the bridge will be extra crowded. So if you’re traveling by bus, leave early. That traffic will be gross.
