coffee Between Milano, Strada, the Coffee Spot and others, we can all agree that what the south edge of campus really needed was another coffee establishment.

Luckily, thanks to your fearless ASUC, you will now have just that. A Tully’s kiosk opened just this afternoon in Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union.

The new location sells sandwiches, drinks and colored candy blocks, as well as providing limited seating and Airbears access. It will also be open weekends, although no specific hours were posted that we could find.

I thought this was a dumb idea even a year ago: http://clog.dailycal.org/2008/11/16/because-coffee-is-so-hard-to-find-on-campus/

They were passing out small samples of coffee around Sproul. I’ve never had Tully’s before. The sample tasted like sh*t and I had to throw it out. Hopefully, other people will like Tully’s more than I do and bring on the $$ to campus.
