Spend your Thursday night with Jason Segel and Ed Helms (on screen)

What more could you want? That’s right, tonight could be that hilarious yet romantic evening you’ve been waiting for. Just you, Andy from “the Office” (or Stu from the “Hangover,” pick your fancy), Marshall from “How I Met Your Mother” (or Nick from “Freaks and Geeks” – but we’d say go with Marshall) … and all the other people in Wheeler Hall. Thursday, March 15, in Wheeler Hall, SUPERB [1] is screening the new film “Jeff, Who Lives at Home.” [2] Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the screening begins at 7 p.m., but we’d line up early. No, we won’t be graced with the presence of the two illustrious comedians [3], but hey, we’re getting the chance to see the film before it’s out in theaters. We feel so special. Need more convincing? Well, did we mention the event is FREE?

“Jeff, Who Lives at Home” is about

exactly what it sounds like. It promises to be a slightly dark, quirky, slice of life comedy (too many categories). Jason Segel plays Jeff, who – you guessed it – lives at home. Ed Helms plays his brother, whose wife may or may not be cheating on him. On an errand for his mom, Jeff crosses paths with his brother and starts to figure out what his life is all about. We like these two together, and when the end of the week is in sight in the middle of the Spring semester, an endearing indie comedy with a great cast and a lost protagonist seems just right.

We hope to see you there. Also, be sure to check out SUPERB’s snazzy new website [1](it brings tears to our eyes) for more events!
