There are plenty of reasons to love Venus — the charming atmosphere, the cute waiter who looks like Adrian Grenier, the lemon ricotta hotcakes — so when we went in for a Friday afternoon chat with day-manager Sam Hancock, we already knew we’d be back before the weekend was up.
