So much to do, so little time! Wait, a minute …. The sedated rhythms and eerie quiet of summertime Berkeley will do their best to corrode this sentiment and leave you twiddling your evenings away.  Luckily, you have the Clog to keep you updated on what the kids are doing these days. We suggest a healthy dose of cochlear damage with some summer concerts. Here is a tiny (but potent) sample of who’s bringing the noise in the coming months:In San Francisco, check out
- Grizzly Bear, 6/21 at The Fillmore
- Elvis Costello, FREE DAYTIME SHOW 6/22 at Amoeba Records
- Duran Duran, 7/7 at The Fillmore
- De La Soul, 7/23 at The Fillmore
- Jarvis Cocker, 7/28 at The Fillmore
- Mekons, 7/28 at The Great American Music Hall

And if you don’t feel like dealing with BART, the East Bay awaits
- David Byrne, 6/26 at The Greek Theater
- Wilco, 6/27 at The Greek Theater
- Death Cab for Cutie, 7/11 at The Greek Theater
- Of Montreal, 7/23 at The Fox Theater
- Sonic Youth, 8/2 at The Fox Theater

And if you didn’t get your festival fill already, Outside Lands is boasting bands like Pearl Jam, Los Campesinos, TV on the Radio, Deerhunter, Beastie Boys, M.I.A, and Modest Mouse.  It will take place in Golden Gate Park August 28 – 30.  You’ll be most likely to find a clogger at The Fox.
