Thinking of getting a summer job that’s all sun and mostly fun? Lifeguards, camp counselors, or pretty much anything that involves being around squirrelly kids. Chances are, you’re going to need to have to get a bit of first aid experience—ya know, just in case a munchkin gets sucked into a riptide or Jaws makes a guest appearance.

Lucky for you, the Red Cross is offering free CPR instructional classes on Saturday, March 13. There are about 10 Bay Area locations that are holding classes at various times throughout the day, making it easy for you to find a class that’s convenient for your schedule. The courses last between 3 and 4 hours and regularly cost something like $60, so save yourself some green and get your certification on CPR Saturday.
